Aims and Scope
The rapid advancement of technology has widespread the use of digital methods in the fields of literature and humanities. Beyond simplifying the work of researchers, these tools reveal insights unattainable through manual efforts, thereby offering new perspectives to the field. Utilizing various tools and software such as text mining and network analysis is becoming increasingly important, particularly for academics conducting research in Old Turkish Literature and related fields.
In this context, the Klasik Divan Digital Humanities Academics Network was established to foster a sustainable communication environment among scholars working in the field, facilitate information sharing, encourage joint projects, and provide a shared platform for interaction and collaboration in Digital Humanities.
The primary goal of the network is to facilitate academic communication and collaboration by creating an academic network map that highlights the participating scholars and the digital tools they utilize. Additionally, the platform will feature announcements regarding symposiums, conferences, events, and workshops, as well as information on new publications, ongoing or completed projects, and content related to digital tools and methods. Within this scope, the network aims to strengthen collaboration among its members while tracking current developments in the field.
Membership and Participation
Membership in the network is finalized upon the evaluation of applications submitted through the application form. Applicants are expected to specify their fields of study and institutional affiliation. Group administrators reserve the right to reject unsuitable applications without stating a reason and to terminate memberships. Members are obligated to treat all network members with respect and abide by the communication guidelines.
Scholars who wish to join the network can apply by completing the form. Anyone who completes the form will be deemed to have confirmed the statement: "I have read and agree to the document containing the aims, scope, and explicit consent text of the Klasik Divan Digital Academics Network."

KVKK and Explicit Consent
The name, surname, email address, institutional information (university, department), and digital tools utilized (Gephi, Python, etc.) by members joining the network will be shared publicly in an open-access format within the scope of the network for communication purposes.
Participants provide their explicit consent for the processing of the aforementioned data for these purposes. Explicit consent is based on voluntariness; participants who submit their data by filling out the application form are deemed to have accepted the publication and sharing of their data within the network.
Participants have the right to withdraw their consent regarding the processing of their data, update their information, or request its deletion at any time. The data will be used solely in alignment with the objectives of the network and will not be shared with third parties.
